Hey everyone,
So I noticed that a lot of you must love Blair as much as me, because the style inspiration post I did on her a while back is one of my most popular ever. I’ve decided to show you how to get Blair’s chic hair and makeup look as a continuation of her uptown clothing.

1) The Hair
Blair’s hair is usually worn in loose, glossy waves and is almost ALWAYS topped with her accessory of choice: headbands! They lend a girly, stylish vibe to a basic wavy look.
Headbands inspired by Blair:

Hair Tutorial:
1) Start by applying a heat-protectant.
2) Curl hair with a 1-2 inch barrel curling iron, winding the sections away from your face.
3) Spritz hair with hairspray.
4) Comb through curls with fingers to loosen them up.
5) Slip on a headband and you’re good to go!

2) Makeup
Blair’s makeup is similar to her hair in that it’s polished and clean. She sticks to matte, neutral colors to compliment (but not clash with) her bold look. Always chic, she steers clear of anything too shiny or bright.
Makeup Tutorial:
1) Start by applying a moisturizer with SPF for a smooth, moisturized base. (The look starts with healthy skin!)
2) Smooth on liquid foundation with your fingers for a natural, seamless look. If needed, apply concealer to under eye circles and blemishes.
3) Apply a bit of powder for a matte finish.
4) Swirl rosy color onto the apples of your cheeks.
5) Prime lids with eyeshadow base.
6) Using a flat shadow brush, apply a matte taupe color to the lid, a light champagne color to the inner corners, and a chocolate color to the crease.
7) Rim waterline (lower inner rim) with brown liner.
8) Curl lashes and apply 2-3 coats of black mascara.
9) Apply a berry/mauve lip stain and you’re done (in less than 10 steps)!
